If you are interested in booking an appointment for a friend, family member, or loved one as a gift this Holiday Season, please fill out the form with your information as well as their information to the best of your ability :)
This does not guarantee you an immediate appointment. It does however guarantee an appointment at a secured date in the new year (valid from January to December 2025).
Once you submit a form, I will email you to secure your reservation (valid from January to December 2025). We will confirm via a $100 deposit, and then you will be in my ‘Holiday Gift Queue’ in 2025.
Once you are in my ‘Holiday Gift Queue’ you will have the first right of refusal at the various times I open my bookings throughout 2025 (in both San Diego, CA & Oahu, HI).
If you are in my ‘Holiday Gift Queue’ you will receive the following benefits:
A guaranteed appointment for you or your loved one - valid from January to December 2025
You will be notified via email 48 hours before I make my bookings open to the public at various times throughout 2025, which means you will have the first opportunity to secure your reserved appointment before I make my schedule open to the public.
All gift appointments will be scheduled within the next 12 months so please provide your email so I can notify you or your loved one when I open my bookings all throughout 2025.
